We hosted 2 going away parties ( birthday parties) at Michael's this week. The events were AMAZING! Andrea (the best host ever!) was incredible with the kids and took care of everything. The kids all got to do 3 crafts each and were so proud of what they made. Andrea was able to navigate the transitions with ease and keep all the kids on the same time frame. The flexible policy on bringing in food was great and it made it so easy for us. We did the tie-dye, bracelet and painting package. We have used a few venues in town for events and this is a great option for 8-10 kids and a great price.

This review is from my grandmother, "My first contact with Dan was when I called Michael's yesterday and asked to speak with someone in the framing department. And there he was with this 91 year old needing a lot of help. Dan set up an appointment time, and he promised to take care of my framing needs without a delay. And he kept his promise beautifully with a great frame for my painting and his workmanship. It was a pleasure to meet and work with Dan, he is a treasure. "

I have to say that this was the most disappointing result I have ever had. I went to have a photo framed, it said 10 minutes and had different size options. I uploaded the photo, picked a frame ( display is wooden frames) which i planned to get engraved. It took about 4 to 5 hours, the frame was plastic and the photo made up about a 5th of the picture, it isnt centered at all, and majority of the photo was removed. DO NOT GO HERE FOR VALENTINES !!! FAIR WARNING TO ALL!! I literally am going somewhere else tomorrow to have it done correctly.

Huge store with a great selection of art, craft and framing supplies. The store is light, bright and organized. They have good sales and you can often find great coupons online or via email.
